We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing B2B technology company seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
Role Title: B2B Paid Ads Manager
Industry: SAAS
Hours: 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri, EST)
Rate: R16,000 - R25,000 per month (for 80hrs per month, rate dependent on experience)
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on performance marketer who can own the full paid media lifecycle—from creative development and campaign setup through to optimisation, reporting, and scaling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns across paid social and paid search channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, and optimise B2B paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Manage and scale paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
- Develop audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives using matched audiences.
- Design and create ad creatives, including copy, imagery, and campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise for lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Analyse and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.
- Strong expertise across: Google Ads Microsoft Advertising (Bing) Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience setting up and optimising: Google Search Campaigns Google Display & Retargeting Campaigns Performance Max (PMax) Meta Retargeting Campaigns Meta Advantage+ Campaigns LinkedIn Retargeting
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics and attribution, including: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Cost Per Lead (CPL) Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Ability to manage the complete paid media process, including creative development, campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills.
- Experienced in both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution.
- Results-focused with a track record of generating qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
