B2B SALES AGENTS / SALES HUNTERS – ARMSTRONG SECURITY GUARDING

Are you a confident, driven salesperson who knows how to find new business?

Armstrong Security Guarding is expanding, and we are looking for 3 motivated B2B Sales Agents (Sales Hunters) to help us grow our client base and secure new guarding contracts across Cape Town.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy prospecting, meeting business owners, building relationships, and closing deals.

WHAT YOU WILL SELL

You will market and sell professional security guarding services to businesses and organisations, including:

• Schools and educational institutions
• Factories, warehouses and industrial businesses
• Shopping centres and retail stores
• Residential complexes and apartment buildings
• Construction sites
• Other businesses requiring professional security guards

WHAT WE OFFER

• Capped 20% commission on qualifying sales.
• Potential monthly earnings of R10,000–R40,000+, depending on sales performance and contracts secured.
• Flexible working hours, with part-time or full-time opportunities.
• Field-based work that allows you to meet potential clients and develop your own sales pipeline.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential business clients.
• Conduct face-to-face visits to businesses and commercial premises.
• Introduce and promote Armstrong Security Guarding services.
• Identify client security needs and present suitable guarding solutions.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, business owners, managers and school principals.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects and close sales.
• Develop new business opportunities across Cape Town's Northern Suburbs and surrounding industrial areas.

TARGET AREAS

You will focus on Cape Town's Northern Suburbs and surrounding business districts, including:

• Epping
• Parow Industria
• Bellville
• Brackenfell
• Stikland
• Montague Gardens
• Goodwood
• Kraaifontein and surrounding areas

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We are looking for people who are:

• Self-motivated, energetic and results-driven.
• Confident approaching businesses and speaking to decision-makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling, walk-in visits and face-to-face selling.
• Able to work independently and manage their own sales activities.
• Experienced in sales, business development, lead generation or customer acquisition — experience selling to businesses (B2B) is an advantage.
• Equipped with a smartphone and WhatsApp.
• Based in or able to travel to Cape Town's Northern Suburbs and surrounding business areas.

No matric is required. We value initiative, communication skills, persistence and the ability to generate new business.
