We're Hiring: B2B Telesales Agent | Rosebank
Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg
Are you an experienced B2B Telesales professional who enjoys cold calling, speaking to decision-makers and closing new business?
Cartrack is looking for a target-driven B2B Telesales Agent to join our team in Rosebank.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to corporate and business clients
- Cold call and generate new business opportunities
- Speak with decision-makers and identify customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales target
- Handle objections and close sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Keep customer and sales information updated
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and sales training
What We're Looking For
- B2B Telesales/ B2B Outbound Sales experience is essential
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation and new business development
- Confident communicating with corporate clients and decision-makers
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills
- Resilient, motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Tech-savvy with good CRM and computer skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Advanced Diploma with call-centre telesales experience OR
- 10 years' relevant call-centre telesales experience
