We are looking for a sales professional who understands that successful telesales is about much more than making calls. It requires commercial awareness, persuasive communication, excellent objection handling and the ability to turn opportunities into sales.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record in outbound B2B telesales or telephone-based business development.
• Experience selling to UK businesses, ideally cold calling to business owners, generating quality leads, booking appointments and closing sales.
• Excellent spoken English, telephone communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with prospect qualification and follow-ups.
• The ability to communicate the value of a service.
• A positive, resilient and target-driven attitude, disciplined, with accurate CRM reporting.
• Reliable internet connectivity and a professional remote working environment.
• The ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Your responsibilities

• Contact prospective UK businesses during appropriate UK business hours.
• Introduce our services and explain the commercial benefits to potential members.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records, follow up consistently and report measurable results.
• Help us develop and refine an effective outbound sales process.
