BACK OF HOUSE MANAGER

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• Passionate about artisan food, bakery production and kitchen excellence
• Experienced as a Chef de Partie, Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Manager
• Hands-on and actively involved in daily production and quality control
• Quality-focused with exceptional attention to detail and food safety discipline
• Skilled at managing kitchen teams across two shifts and developing talent
• Calm, organised and effective under the pressure of a high-volume operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen and bakery production across day and night shifts
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency standards
• Manage food cost, wastage recording and stock control
• Coach, train and develop kitchen, bakery and scullery teams
• Ensure manufacturing, GRVs and daily stock takes are completed and recorded
• Prepare daily prep lists for kitchen and bakery staff

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years BOH management or senior kitchen experience
• Formal culinary training advantageous but not essential
• Strong knowledge of food safety, R638 and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage a diverse team across rotating shifts
