Job description
I am looking for an experienced Back of House manager, a person that can lead my back of house team to perfection, a person that can be able to conduct green area meetings, a person that can count food cost and understand Pilot system. A person who knows the presentation of food, a person who can be able to put controls in our kitchen. A person who communicates about everything happening in our back of house. The person must be able to speak pure English and Afrikaans is optional. The person must be strong minded and be able to work under pressure and long hours. We are looking for a male manager if the candidate is a women we can talk.
Pay: From R12 500,00 per month
