Back-Of-House Staff

We're looking for skilled bakery and kitchen hands to keep our counters and kitchen running from early morning through service.

Roles We're Filling:

· Bread Baker

· Confectionary Baker

· Kitchen Griller / Cook

· Kitchen Assistant

· BOH Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake or cook menu items to Ou Meul recipes and standards
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation and portioning
• Keep production and prep areas clean, organised and food-safe
• Manage stock rotation and help minimise waste
• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen/bakery team during peak periods
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Previous bakery/kitchen experience advantageous (role-dependent)
• Food safety awareness
• Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit for standing, lifting and fast-paced production
• Own transport preferred
