Back Office Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Backoffice Consultant to join our Operations Department within the Services Business unit at our branch in Eastport. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, compliance checks, document management, and resolving customer queries to ensure smooth business operations. The role focuses on efficient coordination between stakeholders, timely reporting, and maintaining audit-ready records to support delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Grade 12 minimum .
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Administration (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Backoffice, Administration or Supply Chain · Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Knowledge of compliance, logistics and basic finance.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages advantageous).

Experience

• Managing back-office activities including data entry, compliance checks and document control.
• Handling customer queries and delivery exceptions within SLA.
• Coordinating with Sales, Finance, Operations and CCC to resolve documentation and billing issues.
• Processing credits, returns and rebills in line with workflow approvals.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting outputs for audit readiness.
