Job description
You will be working as a Bakery Confectioner at Cambridge SPAR in East London.
Requirements:
- Matric / NQF Level 4 or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in baking or confectionery.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in retail bakery or large‑scale production environment.
Purpose of the Role
To prepare, bake, and decorate confectionery products to company standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations.
