Fresh Earth Bake House – Gluten‑Free Baker (Full‑Time)

Experience Required: 2+ years in baking and manufacturing

Fresh Earth Bake House is expanding fast, and we’re looking for skilled Bakers to join our passionate team. GLUTEN FREE baking experience is a massive driver for consideration. What You’ll Do

• Produce high‑quality gluten‑free baked goods consistently
• Follow recipes with precision and maintain strict quality standards
• Assist with product development and new recipe testing
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of baking experience (non‑negotiable) gluten‑free experience preferred
• Strong understanding of gluten‑free ingredients, textures, and techniques
• Passion for baking and natural foods
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, positive team player
• Interest in product development and innovation
• Reliability, consistency, and pride in your craft
