Role Purpose:
To provide high-touch operational and administrative support to Banking Specialist serving UHNW clients.
The Banking Analyst ensures exceptional client service delivery, focusing on day-to-day banking needs while supporting the broader wealth management relationship.
Are you someone who can ;
- Provide premium banking service and support to affluent clients
- Manage day-to-day banking queries, transactions, and service requests
- Assist clients with digital banking, cash management, lending, and banking solutions
- Support portfolio management, loan reviews, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and coordinate client documentation and meeting requirements
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen banking relationships
- Partner with specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions
- Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned to Private Banking standards
Qualification And Experience Requirements
- FSCA Recognised Qualification - Minimum NQF Level 7 Degree
- RE5 Regulatory & Compliance Certificate
- 3-5 Years overall experience in the Financial Services Industry, of which 5 years of experience as a Private Banker or Private Advisor dealing with H & UHNW clients is highly advantageous.

- Sound knowledge of banking products, lending, risk, and compliance requirements.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
- A proactive, client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential client information.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
