Duties And Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing As our Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering a professional café experience by:

• Preparing high-quality coffees, teas and other hot beverages to company standards.
• Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
• Taking customer orders accurately and ensuring prompt service.
• Operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash responsibly.
• Performing daily cash-ups and ensuring accurate banking.
• Maintaining stock levels and assisting with weekly stock takes.
• Ensuring products are fresh, well merchandised and correctly stored.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety and housekeeping standards.
• Assisting with food preparation and supporting the Café team when required.
• Creating a clean, welcoming and enjoyable environment for every customer.

Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Up to 2 years' experience as a Barista or in a similar café environment.
• Basic Barista and coffee preparation skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Cash handling and cashier experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Good verbal communication skills.
