Job description

BARISTA

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and service-driven Barista to join our prestigious golf estate. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

· Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, specialty coffees, milkshakes, and smoothies

· Ensure consistent quality and proper coffee extraction and milk texturing

· Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests

· Handle customer queries and special requests

· Operate coffee equipment and POS systems

· Maintain stock levels and conduct daily stock checks

· Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and equipment cleaning standards

· SA Citizen

· Grade 12 (Matric)

· Minimum 2+ years’ Barista experience in a high-volume environment

· Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
