Experienced Barista Wanted – Fast-Paced Environment ☕
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent coffee and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience essential
- Must have a valid South African ID
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, well-spoken and professional
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards
- Passion for coffee and delivering a great customer experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Able to take direction and work well both independently and as part of a team
