The Pantry is looking for a positive, friendly, and energetic Barista / Waiter to join our close-knit coffee shop family! Located in the heart of Tokai, Cape Town, we take pride in being a cozy neighborhood hangout where great coffee meets genuine community. If you love connecting with locals, thriving in a bustling environment, and making someone's day with a perfect pour and a warm smile, you will fit right in. [1]What You Will Do:

Create Connections: Welcome our neighbors with genuine warmth and deliver exceptional, personalized service.
Craft Quality: Prepare and serve beautiful coffee beverages and delicious treats with high attention to detail.
Multitask Smoothly: Handle busy morning and weekend rushes calmly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting neighborhood shop environment.

What We Are Looking For:

The Right Attitude: A vibrant, friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool Under Pressure: Ability to multitask and stay focused during peak periods.
Experience & Skills: Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques or prior hospitality experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a desire to learn matter most!
Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
