Barista/All Rounder

Description of position:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other specialty beverages to customers according to company recipes and standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff as necessary.
• Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous service to all customers.
• Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist with stocking supplies, ingredients, and inventory management as needed.

Requirements:

• Positive and friendly personality is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
• Previous experience in a barista or waiter role is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• South African citizen *Male candidate preferred*
