Bartender – Fast-Paced Restaurant

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Bartender to join our high-volume restaurant team. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy engaging with people, and can deliver excellent service with speed and accuracy, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests while managing multiple orders
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
• Verify customer age and adhere to all liquor regulations
• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment required
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink preparation
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Well-presented, professional, and team-oriented
