As our Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service, creativity, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality drinks while providing engaging and professional service to every guest.

You will be a hands-on team member who takes ownership of the bar experience, maintains operational standards, and supports the wider FOH team to deliver a consistently excellent guest journey.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, flavour profiles, and cocktail techniques.
• Create engaging guest interactions by sharing recommendations and knowledge of beverages.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards of the bar area.
• Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and workstations are maintained and ready for service.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and communicate beverage requirements to management.
• Ensure accurate preparation of drinks according to recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system and manage transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with management and the FOH team on cocktail ideas, seasonal menus, and beverage improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail and beverage knowledge (essential).
• In-depth understanding of classic cocktails, modern mixology, spirits, and bar techniques.
• Strong passion for hospitality, beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional, well-presented, reliable, and approachable.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support a positive FOH environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
