Experienced Bartender / Mixologist Wanted

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Create and present signature cocktails with consistency and flair.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is essential.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Barista experience is essential.
