Gratiea is a premium South African skincare and wellness brand dedicated to providing exceptional face and body treatments using our exclusive range of products. We are looking for a passionate, professional, and organised Beauty Therapist to join our team at our Nelson Mandela Square store.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside skin specialist, who conducts skin analyses and consultations, ensuring each client receives a personalised and luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform face and body treatments according to Gratiea treatment protocols

Work alongside the skin specialist to support clients following skin analyses and consultations

Manage bookings, appointments, and treatment schedules

Welcome clients and provide outstanding customer service

Educate clients on Gratiea products and recommend suitable home-care routines

Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism

Ensure the store, treatment rooms, and equipment are clean, organised, and fully prepared for treatments

Assist in achieving treatment and retail objectives

Minimum Requirements

Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification

Previous experience in facial and body treatments

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Passion for skincare, wellness, and client care

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in a luxury retail, spa, or aesthetic environment will be advantageous

Working Schedule:

5 working days per week

2 days off per week, according to the roster

Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
