Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about beauty, grooming, and exceptional customer service. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesHair Styling Services

• Perform a wide range of professional hairstyling services.
• Specialize in:
• Knotless braids
• Sew-ins and weave installations
• Protective styles
• Natural hair styling
• Wig installations and maintenance
• Hair treatments and maintenance services
• Provide professional consultations and aftercare advice.

Barbering Services

• Perform professional haircuts and grooming services.
• Execute a variety of cuts, fades, line-ups, beard trims, and shaves.
• Recommend suitable grooming products and maintenance routines.
• Maintain high standards of precision, hygiene, and professionalism.

Makeup Services

• Provide professional makeup application for:
• Special occasions
• Bridal makeup
• Events and photoshoots
• Day and evening looks
• Conduct makeup consultations and recommend suitable products.
• Stay informed about current beauty trends and techniques.

General Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Promote salon services and retail products.
• Ensure workstations and equipment remain clean and hygienic.
• Work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
• Contribute to achieving salon sales and service targets.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Hair Styling, Barbering, Makeup Artistry, or a combination thereof.
• Proven ability to deliver professional beauty and grooming services.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Beauty, barbering, cosmetology, or makeup qualifications will be advantageous.
• Portfolio of work or social media business profile preferred.
