BI Analyst

We are looking for a high-impact BI Analyst who can cut through complexity, uncover what is really driving performance and turn raw data into decisive commercial action.

This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a fast-paced iGaming and sports betting operation, where your insights will influence player growth, retention, product performance, promotional strategy and revenue.

Your Impact

You will become a trusted source of intelligence across the business, partnering with teams in marketing, CRM, product, trading, finance and operations.

Your analysis will help answer the questions that matter:

• Which players are becoming more valuable?
• Where are we losing revenue?
• Which campaigns are genuinely performing?
• What is driving churn?
• Which products, markets and segments offer the strongest growth potential?
• What should the business do next?

What You Will Be Doing

• Build powerful dashboards and reporting tools that make performance instantly clear
• Analyse player acquisition, retention, reactivation, churn and lifetime value
• Track core metrics such as turnover, GGR, NGR, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and active players
• Measure the commercial impact of campaigns, promotions and bonus activity
• Identify emerging player trends, unusual behaviour and revenue opportunities
• Analyse sportsbook, casino and product performance
• Create meaningful player segments to support targeted engagement strategies
• Investigate performance shifts and explain the story behind the numbers
• Automate recurring reporting and improve access to reliable business intelligence
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions when the data points in a different direction
• Help shape smarter, faster and more profitable business decisions

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Commercial Analyst
• Previous experience in iGaming, sports betting, online gaming or a closely related digital industry
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or a similar BI platform
• Advanced Excel capability
• Strong understanding of data visualisation and dashboard design
• Experience analysing high-volume transactional or customer behaviour data
• A solid understanding of betting, gaming and player performance metrics
• Strong commercial thinking and problem-solving ability
• Confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and respect for data accuracy
