What You'll Do
✅ Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English
✅ Interpret conversations accurately between Spanish and English speakers
✅ Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
✅ Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
✅ Maintain accurate records while delivering outstanding service
What We're Looking For
✔ Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (essential)
✔ Customer service, interpreting, translation, hospitality, tourism, teaching, or call centre experience is an advantage
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
