Bilingual Customer Support Trainer

Job Overview

Our client is looking for dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Trainer to conduct unscripted, natural customer support conversations in English and French. In this role, you will role-play realistic customer service scenarios to generate high-quality conversational data for AI training, simulating a wide range of inquiries, complaints, and interactions across extended phone-based sessions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Time - Flexible Time [Local Timezone] (30-35 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct unscripted, natural customer support conversations in English and a second language (French)
• Role-play realistic customer service scenarios to generate high-quality conversational data for AI training
• Simulate a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints, and interactions to ensure diverse data coverage
• Maintain natural conversational flow and authenticity across extended phone-based sessions
• Adapt tone, style, and subject matter to reflect varied real-world customer support situations

Requirements

• Fluency in English and conversational proficiency in a second language (French)
• Prior experience in customer support or call center environments
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear accent and pronunciation in both languages
• Ability to improvise and sustain natural dialogue without relying on scripts
• High level of reliability and consistency across assigned hours
