We are seeking an organised, tech-savvy individual with an exceptional phone manner to join us as a Billing & Client Support Administrator.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You will manage our client billing cycles and act as a first point of contact for customer queries. While familiarity with accountancy software is a huge plus, no prior IT support experience is required. We will fully train you to confidently provide basic remote IT and software support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing Administration: Manage accurate customer invoicing, meter readings for copiers/printers, and process billing queries efficiently.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing client queries with a polite, professional, and empathetic phone manner.
- Software Support: Use accountancy software to track payments, update client records, and manage billing data.
- Remote IT Support (Training Provided): Assist clients remotely with minor software setups, printer connectivity, and troubleshooting queries using our remote management tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our field engineers and accounts team to ensure a seamless service for our customers.
What We Are Looking For

- Excellent Communication: A great phone manner—you are warm, clear, professional, and enjoy helping people.
- Software Savvy: Experience using accountancy software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or industry-specific billing systems) is highly preferred.
- Tech-Curious: You don't need to be an IT expert yet, but you should be comfortable using computers and excited to learn remote IT support skills.
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workload in a busy environment.
Pay: From R70,00 per hour
