Job description
Requirements:
- Previous Blockman / Butchery experience
- Skilled in cutting, deboning, trimming and portioning meat
- Good knowledge of beef, lamb, pork and poultry cuts
- Able to operate butchery equipment safely
- Strong hygiene and food-safety standards
- Physically fit and able to work in a cold-room environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
Key Duties:
- Cutting, deboning and preparing meat
- Portion and quality control
- Stock rotation and waste reduction
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
- Safe operation of butchery equipment
Pay: R40,00 - R60,00 per hour
Work Location: In person
