Boilermaker

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Boilermaker to join our precast concrete manufacturing team in Benoni.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, repair, and maintain steel moulds and production equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on plant machinery.
• Carry out welding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication work.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous plant improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Boilermaker (Trade Test Certificate).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (precast concrete experience will be an advantage).
• Competent in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety.
