Boilermaker

We’re looking for experienced Boilermakers who take genuine pride in their work.

This is not a learnership position  and is not aimed at someone who has just obtained their Red Seal and is looking for their first real-world experience.

A Red Seal is a qualification.  It does not, on its own, demonstrate competence or workmanship.

We are looking for mature, experienced Boilermakers who:

• Take pride in the quality of their work

• Have strong practical fabrication and installation experience

• Understand the importance of doing the job correctly the first time

• Take responsibility for their work and don’t need to be constantly supervised

• Have a strong work ethic and contribute positively to a productive team

• Are honest, reliable and prepared to stand behind their work

• Can provide solid references and demonstrate a proven track record

Strong welding ability is a significant advantage , particularly in:

• Stick / MMA

• MIG

• Flux-core

• TIG / Argon

We have  high standards for workmanship, productivity and professional conduct.

We expect our people to identify problems, communicate them honestly and take ownership of getting them resolved. Cutting corners, hiding mistakes or passing poor-quality work down the line is not acceptable.
