• Possession of a minimum N2 certificate.
• Certified trade test certificate (Section 13 or 26D) required.
• Code welding certification is highly advantageous.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Valid Code 8 driver's license.
• Reliable own transport for commuting to work sites.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and technical skills related to the trade.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all process equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Plan and schedule preventive and planned maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to company health and safety standards to promote a safe working environment.
• Accurately capture breakdown data and update equipment history records for effective tracking.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance priorities and resources.
• Ensure the proper use and storage of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to operators regarding equipment functionality and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes and procedures.
