Boilermaker (Semi-skilled)

Job requirements :

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Boilermaker
• Able to read drawings.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Boilermaker previous experience advantageous.
• Accountable with minimal supervision.
• Takes initiative and able to work under pressure.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Can work effectively in a team.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.

Duties :

• Report to the Team Leader.
• Interpreting drawings, specifications, and engineering plans.
• Fabricating sections and components from channels, pipes, and other materials.
• Installing components.
• Fitting mechanical components.
• Measure out materials, saw or cut to size to fit and weld them together as per drawing & Spec.
• Fits and assembles components, using hand tools and portable power tools.
