Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Trade Test Certificate as a Boilermaker (Red Seal) . Minimum 5 years' experience in a boilershop or heavy engineering environment. At least 35 years' experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, pressure vessels, piping, and heavy plate work.
