We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Bond Originator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the South African property market, enjoys working with people and has the drive to turn property leads into successful home-loan applications.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with their home-loan and bond applications.
• Assess client information and understand their financing requirements.
• Submit applications to relevant banks and financial institutions.
• Manage the application process from initial enquiry through to approval and registration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, property professionals and clients.
• Develop new referral and lead-generation opportunities.
• Keep clients and referral partners updated throughout the process.
• Work towards monthly sales and bond-registration targets.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in bond origination, home loans, banking, financial services or property will be advantageous.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Strong attention to detail and administration skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Professional and confident when dealing with clients and estate agents.
• A valid driver's licence and own vehicle would be advantageous.
