Booking Agent

About the Role

Lead Gurus Recruitment is looking for a motivated and results-driven Booking Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, booking qualified appointments for the sales team, maintaining CRM records, and achieving daily and monthly booking targets.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in appointment setting or lead generation, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via telephone and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales consultants.
• Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are qualified.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Booking Agent, Appointment Setter, Lead Generation Consultant, or in a similar outbound sales role.
• Proven experience working with Capital Legacy Wills and Trusts.
• Proven call centre or telesales track record with measurable results.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Computer literate with experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Professional work ethic and positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits

• R11,000 per month
• 10% Commission
• Commission structure based on client income generated.

Working Hours

• Office-Based Position in Randburg office
