Roles and responsibilities
- Outbound calling of 200+ clients per day
- Schedule appointments in line with assigned allocation requirements daily
- Maintain turnaround time of less than 10 minutes
- Respond to and answering emails and incoming calls
- Complete all daily calls
- Meet daily bookings targets
- Perform general administrative duties
- Hot and cold calling
- Educate clients on company and appointment expectations
- Provide product and service information to clients
- Keep call logs and reports up to date
