A Booking Agent is our first line of contact with potential clients.

Roles and responsibilities

Outbound calling of 200+ clients per day
Schedule appointments in line with assigned allocation requirements daily
Maintain turnaround time of less than 10 minutes
Respond to and answering emails and incoming calls
Complete all daily calls
Meet daily bookings targets
Perform general administrative duties
Hot and cold calling
Educate clients on company and appointment expectations
Provide product and service information to clients
Keep call logs and reports up to date
