About the Role
The Fun Company is seeking a friendly, well-organised and professional Bookings Agent to join our Pretoria-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing bookings across our entertainment venues, and ensuring each guest receives outstanding service from start to finish.
Clear and confident communication in English is essential for this role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers via telephone and email
- Coordinate and confirm bookings across our various venues
- Prepare and send quotations and invoices
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain booking calendars and customer records
- Work closely with internal departments, including the store, finance, and bookings team
- Assist guests in planning enjoyable and well-organised visits
- Promote and upsell packages and special offerings (e.g. bowling, laser tag, and more)
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a call centre environment
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
- Experience with booking or CRM systems will be an advantage
