Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an Automotive Bookings Clerk for our VW Hermanus dealership . As one of the faces of our dealership's service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating and managing all incoming calls for workshop bookings, booking-in of customers vehicles, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer facing environment. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
