Job description
Ceramic Anilox Engravers (Pty) Ltd (CAE), a leading manufacturing company exporting to 78 countries worldwide, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance
- Bank reconciliations
- Debtors and creditors management
- VAT calculations and submissions
- General ledger reconciliations
- Processing journals and month-end procedures
- Assisting with management accounts and monthly finance packs
- Cash flow monitoring and reporting
- Liaising with auditors and external service providers
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years’ bookkeeping experience
✔ Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
✔ Knowledge and proven experience with Sage Pastel Partner (Essential)
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Experience with VAT, creditors, debtors, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations
✔ Experience preparing management accounts and month-end reports
✔ Manufacturing industry experience will be advantageous
✔ High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Qualifications Required : Relevant Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance qualification preferred. - Please share with your updated resume.
