Bookkeeper (Epicor Profit XXI)

Job Overview

An established Canadian bearing distributor with over 20 years of operations is seeking a reliable, part-time Bookkeeper (Epicor Profit XXI) to provide immediate, long-term support. Working 4–5 hours per day (20 hours per week) on a stable Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule, you will manage daily bookkeeping transactions and account reconciliations. This fully remote role requires proven experience with ERP software to maintain accurate financial records. It offers a permanent work-from-home setup with an immediate hiring timeline for the right candidate.

Schedule

Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat, specific daily shift to be determined, EST time (5 hours per day/20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Process daily bookkeeping transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain financial records within the company ERP system
• Perform data entry and account reconciliation tasks
• Complete assigned bookkeeping duties within the designated 4-5 hour work window
• Collaborate remotely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proven experience working with ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
• Experience with Epicor Profit XXI software is preferred
• Previous experience working remotely with North American clients is preferred
• Familiarity with self-learning software training platforms and practice database environments is preferred
