Job description
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to work on a permanent employment basis. Kindly note that the role is a half-day position and based in Lansdowne, Cape Town Southern Suburbs.
Duties/ requirements:
- Full Bookkeeping using Sage Business Online.
- Processing supplier invoices and customer receipts.
- Reconciliations.
- VAT calculations.
- Payroll processing.
- Compliance with SARS, Bargaining Council and other Statutory Bodies.
- Preparing monthly management Accounts.
- General admin and financial record keeping.
- Supplier reconciliations.
- Liaising with service providers when needed.
- Customer statements, monitoring receipts and chasing collections when needed.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
