Remote Bookkeeper – Real Estate / Property Management

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Remote Bookkeeper with a strong background in real estate and property management bookkeeping . The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in QuickBooks .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Record income, expenses, payments, and other transactions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting.
• Organize bookkeeping documents and records.
• Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Strong experience in real estate/property management bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Buildium experience is not required; the client will provide training.

Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
