Job description
Coastal Hire Constantiaberg is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Hire Controller to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers, strong organisational skills, and enjoy keeping finances in perfect order, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy with confidential financial information
Responsibilities:
- Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices, payments, and payroll
- Assisting with VAT returns and tax-related matters
- General administrative support related to finance
Salary:
- R15,000 (negotiable based on experience)
