Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing remote team. In this role you will maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and support month-end reporting. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and on time. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will capture supplier invoices, allocate payments, prepare reconciliations, and assist with VAT submissions. Requirements

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles. Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Pastel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time-management skills. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
