Branch Administrator - White River / Nelspruit

Job Title: Branch Administrator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office, providing administrative support to various departments, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities: Not totally inclusive

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders received
• Loading of sales order
• Assist with scheduling when required
• Take minutes at meetings as and when required
• To maintain Filing systems
• To carry out any ad-hoc functions.
• Assist Orders / Assist with receiving orders and planning
• Assist manager with populating reports when required
• Control stationary and Monitor levels vs re-ordering levels office consumables
• Assist with typing of documents or populating spreadsheets when required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Reliable and punctual

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Typical office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Office is located in a professional business environment
