Job description

Previous experience in retail, administration, customer service, or a similar branch environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Experience with invoicing, quotations and customer transactions
Good computer literacy; experience with Pastel or similar accounting systems would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Good numerical and cash-handling skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
Reliable, punctual and responsible work ethic
Ability to assist with operational duties when required
Experience in LPG, welding or related products would be advantageous

Flexible working hours to accommodate operational requirements
Own transport is essential and the ability to travel to the office after hours
