Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Certificate or National Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related field (advantageous)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client facing role within customer service or retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation, following merchandising SOPs.
- Capture and report relevant data weekly and monthly, such as showroom walk-in statistics.
- Gather and relay client feedback to management, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and within set deadlines.
- Coordinate and support the receiving, shelving, dispatch, and return of stock in line with SOPs.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in all areas.
- Deliver professional, friendly assistance to clients in person, by phone, and online.
