Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Certificate or National Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related field (advantageous)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a client facing role within customer service or retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation, following merchandising SOPs.
• Capture and report relevant data weekly and monthly, such as showroom walk-in statistics.
• Gather and relay client feedback to management, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance the client experience.
• Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and within set deadlines.
• Coordinate and support the receiving, shelving, dispatch, and return of stock in line with SOPs.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in all areas.
• Deliver professional, friendly assistance to clients in person, by phone, and online.
