Job description

HAOSAIL MACHINERY is looking for a reliable and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pretoria branch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the branch.
Supervise office administration, warehouse coordination, and staff.
Liaise with banks, accountants, suppliers, and government departments when required.
Coordinate inventory management and stock control.
Support customers, dealers, and after-sales service.
Prepare operational reports and maintain company records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of management or administrative experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid South African driver’s license.
Experience in automotive equipment, industrial equipment, or related industries is an advantage.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
