Job description

The Role

A position has become available at a Plettenberg Bay firm to grow the company as branch manager. You will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grow the branch and maintain client relations.

Manage the staff and deal with their needs.

Keep a daily roster of jobs to which staff will be assigned.

Manage branch operations and travel arrangements.

Manage orders and ensure that they will be dealt with timeously.

Perform quotes and follow up on them.

Tend to any client queries.

Daily interaction with CEO.

Drive sales and grow the client base.

Skills and Experience REQUIREMENTS:

Entrepreneurial mindset very important

Target driven personality.

Strong operational, marketing and logistical ability.

Ability to get on with clients – excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Microsoft Excel and Word.

Valid driver’s licence.

Healthy and enthusiastic

Market related basic salary

Target driven incentive scheme
