SUMMARY: Branch Supervisor - Pretoria / Centurion
POSITION INFO: Qualification Matric \/ Senior Certificate Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the access equipment, industrial equipment, plant hire, construction supply or related industry. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy, including experience with SYSPRO, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Reliable transport to and from work. Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Lead, supervise and motivate branch staff (3 people) to achieve sales, service and operational objectives. Ensure exceptional customer service to customers. Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, stock availability and general housekeeping standards. Ensure stock is issued, received and processed accurately, and that all branch documentation is completed correctly. Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational procedures
