About role

Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for an enthusiatic and outgoing brand ambassador to represent our brand , engage with customers and help grow our presence in the Secunda area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building connections and creating memorable brand experiences

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events , activations and instore promotions
• Engage with customers to share products information and create positive brand experiences
• Build brand awareness through face to face interactions and products demonstrations
• Support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional material and gatherings customers insights
• Maintain a professionals appearances and uphold brand standards at all times
• Provide feedback to the team about customers interactions and campaign perfomance

Required Qualifications

• Passed grade 12/matric
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Reliable , punctual and professional
• Willingness to learn and take directions

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customers service , sales or promotional work
• Confidence in public speaking or presenting
