Job description
Unlimited Force Marketing Pty (Ltd) is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and help build strong connections with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and creating positive brand experiences.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand in customer-facing environments, helping to increase brand awareness, promote products or services, and support sales and marketing objectives. You will play an important role in creating memorable interactions that build trust and encourage customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in a professional, positive, and engaging manner at all times
- Interact directly with customers to introduce products, services, and promotions
- Build awareness of the brand through face-to-face customer engagement
- Answer customer questions clearly and confidently
- Demonstrate product or service features and explain their benefits
- Help maintain high presentation standards at promotional sites and events
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve campaign goals
- Contribute to a welcoming and energetic team environment
- Assist in meeting brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales targets
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional approach when engaging with customers
- Willingness to work on-site in Cape Town
- Good personal presentation and a customer-focused attitude
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn about products, services, and brand messaging
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, promotions, or sales
- Interest in marketing, branding, or public engagement
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
- Confidence in speaking to individuals and small groups
